SPRING BREAK
Coming Soon: Spring 2023
Restaurateurs Brian and Sarah Ingram, owners of Hope Breakfast Bar and The Gnome, are opening an ’80s-themed restaurant next door to their up-and-coming supper club The Apostle across from Xcel Energy Center. The restaurant, which will be called Spring Break, will be in the lobby of the new Courtyard by Marriott and will open in spring 2023.
RAFIKI COFFEE & CAFE

Rafiki Coffee & Cafe is a BIPOC-owned coffee shop, located in the Midway Saint Paul neighborhood. In addition to brewing delicious coffee, their mission is to build a more resilient, flourishing, and connected community one coffee cup and conversation at a time.
BAR+CART LOUNGE AND RESTAURANT

Bar+Cart Lounge and Restaurant is the newest hot spot on Grand Avenue created by Ralena Young and Brian Riess. With previous restaurant experience working for the same restaurant group, the pair have carefully crafted an experience for guests that are authentic to them to complement food and cocktail menus. Overall, their space welcomes people from all walks of life who are looking for an escape from their responsibilities and troubles.

sweetgreen, the popular healthy, fresh, fast-casual restaurant has found its way to the Twin Cities! Stop by their brand new downtown location on the corner of Grand Avenue and Grotto Street for seasonal, made-from-scratch bowls, plates, and sides made with locally sourced ingredients.
APOSTLE SUPPER CLUB

Located in the heart of downtown Saint Paul, Apostle Supper Club is the newest Purpose Driven Restaurant by Chef Brian Ingram. From the pregame party patio to the piano lounge to the gourmet supper club service, this alter ego dining experience is infused with 1960’s Palm Springs ambiance featuring classic dishes deconstructed and reimagined with a sense of comfort and adventure, making the menu the star of the supper club show.
CHANCES TAVERN

Movin’ on up, to the East side! Chances Tavern is the newest addition to Payne Avenue and little brother to Brunson’s Pub located down the road. Chances Tavern will feature a full bar and bites, so you can expect a delectable food menu on par with our Brunson’s, but with its own unique twist.
ROOT CAFE AT INDIGENOUS ROOTS CULTURAL CENTER
Roots Cafe is a youth lead creative economic development program incubated by International Indigenous Youth Council- Twin Cities Chapter and Indigenous Roots, a St. Paul-based organization centered on promoting holistic well-being through Indigenous arts, traditions and culture. All coffee is sourced from Spirit Mountain Roasting Co., a Native American-owned coffee company located in Yuma, Arizona.
EM QUE VIET
Opened July 2022
Em Que Viet is a new and family-owned Vietnamese restaurant on in Saint Paul. Known for their giant egg rolls on-a-stick, Em Que Viet has expanded and made its way across the river to Grand Avenue in addition to its Northeast Minneapolis location.
